Now, Facebook fan pages are simply called “Facebook Pages” since this feature of Facebook is no longer for just famous people. As a business owner, you can now throw a professional look onto your Facebook page and make it the first page that people see when they visit before they LIKE it.

Bruce Chamoff, http://www.facebook.com/Bruce.Chamoff.Marketing, wants to offer 2 Facebook page designs to business owners (worth $300.00 per design).

This is how the contest works:

1. Feel free to visit any of the Facebook pages that Bruce has designed below and add a comment to this blog with your critique of any one of those pages. Good, bad, or indifferent,he is looking for your comments on this blog and whether or not you like the design on the web page. Be honest. he can take it. Your comment must be written professionally. The more text you write in the comment, the better.

2. Click the LIKE button on his Facebook page at http://www.facebook.com/Bruce.Chamoff.Marketing

3. On May 31, 2010, Bruce will pick two comments at random from the list of comments and if your comment is selected, he will build you a Facebook page design for your business for free.

  1. Thanks, Yvonne. I will add that Facebook will become the new “web site” soon as companies will be visiting your Facebook presence more than your own web site.

It makes sense to have a professionally designed page and I believe that as time goes on, there will be more tools than ever to make this happen for web site owners.

The time to give people a good impression is now and you can simply ask them to click on the LIKE button for your site. I believe that this will also effect your ratings on Google.

I have become friends with some of the best people in Social Media like Sandra McCarty, Yvonne Bisk, and Eric Koppelmann. I hope they will agree that a strong presence on social media is not only a good thing, but it is important and mandatory.

I would love to transform your Facebook page into something that will make people return time and time again.

Feel free to critique my work and thanks to Yvonne for posting this. Also, I want to give a BIG THANK YOU to Danielle Rodriguez for all her comments.

    Bruce

  2. My pleasure Bruce!!!!

I am not a big contest person….but just for you 🙂

    Thanks for sharing Yvonne!!

  3. Bruce,

I agree. Facebook will is and will be the number one visited site on the web. I really like the way you made this into a contest to get people to write comments. Great idea which is a win-win situation for all involved.

And I also give kudos to Danielle http://www.4HealthInc.com for commenting on all of the sites entered in the competition 😉

    Yvonne

PS I also like https://sites.google.com/site/lientrepreneurspeoplestring/, because from this website you can visit all your social sites AND check all your email accounts.

  4. I love it when people connect 😉
