Like we actually need a reason, but here it is: two chocolate bars a week may help reduce your risk of stroke by up to 20 percent, according to Swedish researchers.
Just make sure the benefits son’t outweigh the risks. Too much of a good thing can increase your chances of weight gain and diabetes. But during the holidays in particular, it’s a nice excuse to ask for the gift of chocolates 😉
