John Dano is the founder and lead educator at The Entrepreneur Center, with a background as a business coach and master facilitator, as well as an educator and an entrepreneur. He founded The Entrepreneur Center to shift the odds in favor of the small business person here on Long Island by sharing his skills and talents, along with those of our other staff members, with our students and clients. He has an innovative and interactive teaching style which utilizes accelerated learning techniques to give business owners, professionals and would-be business owners the skills necessary to make their business successful. A former adjunct professor and lead fundraiser at NYIT, Dano has trained with some of the most well-known names in business coaching, having presented before packed auditoriums on stages around the world. He now brings his extensive training and entrepreneurial background to The Entrepreneur Center in Melville, where he can be part of an organization that provides ongoing support for Long Island business owners.
Paired Meeting — Each participant will be paired up for a brief conversation, just long enough to explain your opportunities and answer a couple of questions.
Round Robin— Now you get a chance to meet even more people, this time in a group. Each of you will have an opportunity to share what you and your business has to offer. What should you bring? First and foremost, prepare a 2 minute commercial about you and your business. Remember to include something personal- people to business with people so make it a little personal. The intention to have fun and meet good people.

Round 3 — Mix and Mingle — By now you have established who has the potential to be your ideal client. Go talk with them more in depth and explain how you can assist them with your products or services.
